OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF moms s v , NINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
regular
meeting 'ef the Village Council of the Village of_moulagit_ilaw
Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the eth
day 19012t o'clock p.m.
with the following members present: Hodges, LaVaque, Austad
and the following members absent:
Blau ard
d Schott
Member_uadipas. introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO
PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest
that the Village of uo,,,,da es construct
a highway and surface water
drainage system.
AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary
to acquire the following described land: The North 60 feet of the South 232.50
feet of the North 475 feet of the South 1215 feet of the East 526 feet of the West
1584 feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23,
except therefrom Eastwood Road and
an easement over the following described land: The North 12.5 feet of the
following described property; except Eastwood Road, the North 405 feet of the South
1215 feet of the East 528 feet of the West 1584 feet of the Northeast Carter
(NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most
feasible location for such highway and surface water drainage system
is on the land above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such lands
and easement by right of eminent domain;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, T hat the Village of ma,s,dy
proceed to procure title to such Lode and easement
under its right of
eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed
