of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 s the special assessments

were levied against the attached list of described properties, said

AND WHEREAS, the above :::entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for AREA NATBR., tt3R' t -1 sN4 1980 4
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on Noveldser 23, 19B
at 9 :04 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
i sofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for

1904 -1 and 1940 -3 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
