CHANGE IN: LVITIRAL WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 -3
T XhAX Clerk Blanchard moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19, 1961 , the special assessments
for the construction of LATERAL WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above _:entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments fort ERAL WATER mamma 1960 -3
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Iy the undersigned being the dilly quglified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on November 23, 1964
at 6 :00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
LATERAL WATER IMPROVEMBaMT
960 - because of the conveyance of or replotting of
certain properties.
