WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted gaptmmber 18, 1958 , t''e special assessments
for the construction of griamT namona TP 1958
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above _ientioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for STRIM IMPIUWEMEWE 19"
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of

at 8.00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
STREETikr&OVEVENT 1958 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
