WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted April 22,, 1963 , tile special assessments
for the construction of LATERAL WATER IMPROVEMENT 19$2 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list ;lade a part herein!
AND WHEREAS, the above .. :entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for LATRRAt, wATER impRavEIagEr 1962 -,
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the AUditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part hereini

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on November 23. 198

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments for
