WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 , t'-le special assessments
for the construction of LATERAL um I sitar RNT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 _
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list ;wade a part hereinf
AND WHEREAS, the above :entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View that the assessments for LATERAL WATER IMPRAV'S16t1T' 1964 -1 and
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1 -2
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on Dominemr 14, 1964

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relateo to the changing of the assessments for

1960 -1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
