CHANGE IN: STREET IMPROVEMENT 58
XXXXXXXX Clerk Blanchard moved:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted September 16, 1958 , the special assessments
for the construction of Street Improvement 58
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein,
AND WHEREAS, the above ::entioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Street ! movement 5$
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO :."HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on December 14, 1964
at 8 :00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relatee to the changing of the assessments for
Street Improvement
gig because of the conveyance of or replatting of
certain properties.
