Motion by Blanchard to advertise for bids for an Office
Billing Machine to open the bids on January 11, 1965 at 8:00 P.M.
Seconded by La Vague. 5 Ayes. Motion carried.
Motion by Blanchard to grant a half day holiday on the
24th of December and the 31st of December. Seconded by Rustad.
5 Ayes. Motion carried.
Mayor Hodges directed the Clerk's Office to draft a Holiday
Policy for the coming year.
Motion by Blanchard to declare that Municipal Water is
available on '''Dater Improvement Project 1963 -1. (Mueller Addition
and Groveland Extension) The residents have until June 30th, 1965
to hook -up to the Water system before the $100.00 water hook -up
charge would be applied. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried.
Motion by Rustad to adjourn, Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
