The above-entitled election contest came on for herring
afore the Court on December 4, 1964, nerd from time to time there-
after. The contestant, smwsel B. reed, wee represented by his
at tore+ey, Mt. James M. Levy. Thor Village of Mounds View sand the
Clerk thereof were represeested by its attorney, Mt. Richard Meyers.
Mt . Charles Hall, nee of the candidates for the office of Justice
o t the Peace of the Village of Nomads View appeared pro se.

and the sr$um et s of counsel. Therempom the Court sakes the
following:
