corner of Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision No, 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota
described as follows: That part of said Lot 59 that lies east of a line
40 feet west of and parallel to the following described line: Beginning at
the south tuarter section corner of Section 6, Township 3U, Range 23, thence
north along the north and south suarter section line of said Section 6 for
a distance of 477.20 feet to the beginning of a 9° 00' curve to the right;
thence along said curve (having a central angle of 40° 35', a tangent of
235,39 feet and a radius of 636.62 feet) to said parallel lines' inter-
section with the easterly line of said Lot 59 and there terminating.
Parcel 21. A temporary slope easement, disposal and/or stock piling over
Lot 59, Auditor's Subdivision N. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota to expire
upon completion of this project.
AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most feasible e
location for such highway i8 en the lands above described;
AND WHEREAS, it has becoiu nacesary to procure title to such lands and
sasainents by right of eminent domain;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Mounds View proceed to
procure title to such lands and easements under its right of eminent domain and that
the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed to file the necessary petition
therefore and to prosecute such action to d successful conclusion or until it is
abandoned, dismissed or terminated by the village or by the court; that the village
attorney, the mayor and the clerk do all things necessary to be done in the commencement,
prosecution and successful termination of such action.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member LaVaque, and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor
thereof: Hodges, Blanchard, LaVaque, Rusted and Malvin
and the following niexnbers voted aginast the same: one
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
