Mr, Gene Skiba, owner of property to the South of this area,
stated that the important thing in this proposal was that this improve.'
ment would start things moving in this area. Mr. Skiba expressed hope
that this proposal would be approved by the Counci.
Trustee Rustad discussed the spending potential of the Mobile
Home owners as an asset to the Village.
Trustee La Vaque indicated that this developement might tend to
be an incentive to other promoters to build something in the Village
to serve these people.
ClItk Blanchard asked whether Mr. Ellsworth intended to
manage this Mobile Home Park by themselves.
Mx, Ellsworth answered that they would manage the Park
themselves& That they were in the rental business and not in the
business of buying and selling. The Park Management would pay for all
improvements in the park - sewer, water and roads at not cost to the
Village.
Mrs. Rybak asked if this park would mean that another
school would be required to be built.
Mrc Donald Wendt stated he didn't believe this Park would
necessitate another school. It was a fact that not many children
came from Mobile Home areas,in the past.
Mayor Hodges called for objectors three times - none
appeared.
Mayor Hodges declared the hearing closed at 9:00 P.M.
Motion by Blanchard to refer this matter to the next
regular meeting for a decision so that all Council Members could vote
on this request. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Motion by La Vaque to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges.
4 Ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 9 :05 P.M.
