Motion by Blanchard to allow Marian Sevick, Ramsey County
Assistant Home Agent, use of the Village Hall on Monday March 29, from
4:30 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. for 4 -H training course. Fee will be
waived if hall is left in satisfactory condition.
Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to order the final plans and specifica-
tions for: Sanitary Sewer laterals in the Al, A2 and B1 areas as set
forth in the letter of March 8 from Comstock and Davis, Village Engi-
neer. Said plans and specifications to be ready so bids can be taken
in near future and construction Hone this year. Seconded by La Vaque.
4 Ayes, Rustad Naye.
A copy of a notice of hearing from 2nd. Judicial District
Court was received and filed. Said hearing pertains to Edgewood Drive
Cul -de -Sac vacation and the Council has already approved this action.
Motion by Rustad to set a clothing allowance , for uniforms,
of $100.00 per year for all full time police officers. Seconded by
Hodges. 4 Ayes, Malvin Naye.
Mr. Boehm stated that the County Engineer would like to have
all service connections, off water and sewer lines installed on Silver
Lake Road extension, put in at the same time as the lines themselves,
to eliminate tunneling or digging after roar is completed. The Council
directed Mr. Boehm to contact property owners involved anra obtain
written permission or approval of this on an individual basis, and to
inform the County Engineer that anything further along this line would
be impractical if not impossible.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes.
