Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 7:00 P.M.
March 15, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway # 10.

Motion by Blanchard to set a public hearing on March 29, 1965
6:30 for rezoning the:
East %4 of the Northeast % of the Northwest 1
of Section 8, Township 30, Range 33, except the
North 390 feet thereof, and except the East 33
feet thereof from R -1A to R -3.
Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard -LT ° oncur with the Engineers recommenda-
tion and adopt Resolutio '# 194 pproving plan # SP 6284 -53 (TH 35W-
394) Minnesota Project I S..L (66) 116. Seconded by Rustad.
4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to concure -with the Engineers
recommendation and adopt Resolution /195 'approving plans # SP 6284-
41 (TH 35 - W - 394) Seconded by Hoe
4Ayes.
(Resolution in regard to fences, signs, and lights on
35 W and Highway # 10 intersection)
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque.
4 Ayes.
