Motion by Rustad that the owner of the used car lot on 0 300 47
Highway # 10 be given thirty days to abide by previous agreement

area.. That a letter be sent to him reporting the Councils action.
Clerk Blanchard reported that a, copy of a Dutch Elm Ordinance
was given to each Council member for study.
Motion by Rustad that the filling station license of
Charles Roundtley be pro -rated and a refund of $10.00 be returned
to Mi. Roundsley. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried.
Mayor Hodges extended thanks to the Mounds View Lions Club,
other organizations and all individuals who helped with the Easter Egg
Hunt.
Motion by La Vague to adjourn. Seconded by Rustad.
