HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000015_pg061PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA 030061 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 4:05 P.M. May 13, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway # 10. Present Were: Mayor: Clerk: Trustee: Absent: Trustee Also Present: Adm. Clerk Red Cross Disaster Dir. F.H.A. Construction Analyst: Donald C. Hodges Lloyd J. Blanchard Charles La Vaque Ingram Rustad Perry Malvin Paul E. Boog Frank Knodle Jack Nelson Mayor Hodges introduced Mr. Frank Knodle, the Red Cross Disaster Director and Mr. Jack Nelson, F.H.A. Construction Analyst assigned to assist and answer questions about Federal Housing. Mayor Hodges stated that henceforth Mr. Knodle would handle the case work for disaster victims. Motion by Blanchard to reset the Public Hearing on rezoning D.L. Zable's property on South side of Highway # 10 near Fairchild Ave. Change date from May 24, 1965 to June 7, 1965 at 6:30 P.M. Seconded by La Vaque. q Ayes. Motion carried. The Village of New Brighton requesting information about sewer construction on County Road H was read and Adm. Clerk, Mr. Boog was directed to reply. A Petition for the extension of water main was received. Motion by La Vaque to set a public improvement hearing at 7:00 P.M. on June 7, 1965 to extend the water main on Woodale Drive from Knollwood to Fairchild . Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. Motion by Rustad to pay bills totaling $132.65. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. Request from Mr. George Imm, 1866 County Road H-2 to move a trailer onto the site for temporary living quarters. Motion by Rustad to grant a special permit to move a trailer onto 1866 County Road H -2 for 90 days. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. Request by Mr. Robert Andrus, 8241 Eastwood Road to move a trailer onto the site for temporary living quarters. Motion by La Vaque to grant a special permit to move a trailer onto 8241 Eastwood Road for 90 days. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. Motion by Blanchard to adjourn.
