10. A resolution regarding re- apportionment of water
assessments was presented.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 1446. Seconded
by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling
$259,371.42. Seconded by La Vaque.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses. (list attached)
Seconded by Malvin. 5`+Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard in regards to Resolution # 176 reducing
the amount of taxes certified to Ramsey County. At this time of the
total amount,shall be pd. by `a transfer- $12,150.00 from Water Utility
Fund to the Bond Redemption Fund Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Hodges to accept resignationn from Lakeside Park
from Florence Peterson and to appthint George Johnson as replacement
to fill unexpired term. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes.
Mr. Ron Smith, builder, who has had some of his buildings
red tagged by the inspection department was given the same advise
as Mr. Gustafson received earlier in the meeting.
The platted park property on Johnson Terrace has not
beer' filed. Matter referred to the Attorney.
The debris removal where heavy equipment can not operate
is being cleaned up by youths from the NYC Disaster Clean -up Project.
