EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE 11 HELD ON

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, J960 , the special assessments
for the construction of Area 4atar Improvement 14d0-1 a n d 1 0
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for ,., nre.r inwnwm nt , _ice ,L O -:
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
