EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW HELD ON
Jule 14, 1965

Motion by:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted tOb * 14. 1966 , the special assessments
for the construction of AINNi Water Tevrove rat 1:5 -1 and 19.60-2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
List made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for area Water Improvement Bent x-).0--;1 an,d 1)60-°2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on J'ume 14, ):
at t1:0 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relate to the hanging of the assessments
for Area Water Improvement 15 -1 -
because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.
