EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIED! HELD ON
June 14. 1965
CHANGE IN: AgEkwAya I esAgru ENT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
Motion by: Blanchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 , the special assessments
for the construction of Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area Water Iairoyement iy�0 -1 �d 1960 -2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on June 14 1965
at 8;00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for Amerk Water improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.
