Motion by Ho'ges to approve minutes of special meeting of June
7, 1965 as presence -'. SeconAeA.by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of regular meeting of
June 14, 1965 as presenteA. SeconAer' by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Trustee Rusta4 reporter that the N.S.S.S.D. law suit against the
Minnesota Water Pcllution Control Commission was apparently progressing
satisfactorily in favor of the N.S.S.S.D.

Motion by BlancharA to concur with Builring Inspector's
recommenAation an4 authorize the issuance of a builAing permit for A.
Simon at 2010 Highway # 10, Minneapolis, Minn. 55432. Buil4ing will be

The Council grante'4 informal approval to a sub- Aivision request
for the Clarence NorAstrom property on EastwooA Roa '4.
The Council aAviser4 Mr. Charles Larson of the necessity for a
petition for street improvement to service this property before builring
permits coul'4 be issueA. (Mr. C. Larson, 7880 Grovelan4 Roaa is the
Developer of this property) Mr. Larson then state he was Formally
requesting this improvement an-' woulr sen' a letter to the Council to this
effect.
