The Mayor called three times for further objectors and there were
none.
The Mayor closed the hearing at 10:15 P.M4. Motion by Malvin to
order the improvement and to direct the Engineer to prepare final plans
and specs for the C -1 and C -3 ares, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
including the surface water drainage. Secohded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes.
After a brief recess the meeting was reconveened at 10:30 P.M.
Motion by Blanchard to pay the bills submitted totaling
$269,268.94. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes.
Motion by La Vaque to adjourn. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes..
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 P.M.
