Hearing is to be held on September 15, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. at the
Edgewood Junior High School,
Seconded by La Vague, 4 Ayes.
Motion by Rustad to direct the Engineer to prepare a change
order to the Nodland Construction contract (1964 -3A) allowing Street
resurfacing at 40 cents per square yard rather than 37 cents with the
latest spec. change. Seconded by Blanchard 4 Ayes.
The following correspondence was dealt with:
1. From the County Engineer -storm sewer assessment on County Land
will be paid by County. File
2. Recreation Department District #621 - Comm. Member- refer to Hodges.
3. Water Pollution Cont. - National Funds Park- Preliminary
Sewer approval - file,
4. Department of Health - three public schools - preliminary sewer,
sewer approval - file.
5. Go Vollres - Sewer and drainage - file.
6. Mr, D. Burg - Thank you letter for F.H.A. Home - File.
7. Post Office Department - Change name of Johnson Drive - refer to
the Attorney.
