VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting
of the Village Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad
at 8:30 P.M. on August 30, 1965 at 2401 Highway # 10.

Motion by Blanchard to pay Estimate # 12 to C.S. McCrossan
and Company for Sewer Project 1964 -1A. Seconded by La Vaquei 4 Ayes.
Motion by La Vague to allow a variance as requested for
E. Lalli - 8036 Fairchild allowing an eight foot side yard set back
on garage side of property. The North 73 feet of the South 219 feet
of the East '2 of the North 2/3 of Lot 63 Auditors Subdivision # 89.
Motion by Rustad to change the date of the Sewer Assessment
Hearing from September 15 to September 28 at 8:00 P.M. at the
Edgewood Junior High School. Seconded by La Vague. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by La Vague.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
