Sanitary Sewer Surface Water drainage and street improvement project..
Original Public Hearing held on December 5, 12, and 19, 1964 and
January 14, 1964. The Improvement was ordered on March 23, 1964.)
Motion by Malvin to set Public Hearing for rezoning all of
Lot 111 and 112 except the West 125' thereof - Spring Lake Park Knolls
Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the plat hereof
filed of record in the office of the Register of Title within and for
said County, subject to 5 feet easement along rear line for public
utilities use, from B..2 to Ba.1 with a special use permit for Mr.. E.
Dropps. The hearing will be held October 11, 1965 at 9:00 P.M.
Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes.
Mr. La Vaque reported that two water meters were destroyed by
the tornado. the serial numbers are 15483093 and 16453802..
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayest..
