A proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance # 128 was presented
by the Attorney.
Motion by La Vaque to adopt Ordinance # 130.
Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
The Attorney reported on correspondence received from the
State Industrial Commission regarding the water tower and a letter
from F.H.A. regarding financing in Mounds View. (on file with Attorney)
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling
$58,431.47. Seconded by Malvin. (list attached) 4 Ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted.
(list attached) Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
The Council names Mr. Hodges, Mr. Malvin, Mr. La Vaque
and Mr. Blanchard to certify as to when tornado cleanup is complete
under the Herbst Contractt
Motion by Blanchard to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the R. Bona Easement and to settle this matter for $200.00
Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes.
The Attorney reported that the necessary permission has
been received to do the Pinewood - Terrace drainage cleanup.
A letter of Resignation was received from Mrs. Arlene
Robinson, Clerk Typist. (on file)
Motion by Blanchard to accept the resignation with regret
and write a letter of appreciation to Mrs. Robinson.
Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque.
