At 8:00 the Assessment Hearing for Street and Water Project 1964 -1
and 1964 -2 was opened.
Street and Water Project 1964 -1 is Fourth Street between
Woodale and Woodcrest.
Street and Water Project 1964 -2 is Quincy Street between
Sherwood Road and Hillview Road.
The Clerk read the legal notice and attested to publishing
and to mailing of notice to affected property owners.
There were no objections,
The hearing was closed at 8:10 P.M.
Motion by RUstad to adopt Resolutio►`# 213 lccepting
assessments as prepared for Street and ?`later 3m• • •ment Project
1964 -1 and 1964 -2. Seconded by Malvin, 4 Ayes.
Several questions were raised regarding the method of
assessing the overall sewer project.
Mr. John L. Sullivan requested a breakdown of the dollars
against each individual assessment.
This was referred to the Engineer, Attorney, Fiscal Agent.
Mr. Najurski, Attorney for the Skiba property, would like
a copy of the final estimates upon vihich the contracts were based.
Also the actual cost of the interceptors, Laterals and Surface
Drainage individually.
This was referred to the Engineer, Attorney and Fiscal
Agent. Mr. Boehm, Engineer, reportr_:d that he would submit a report
at the next regular meeting if possble, a complete one.
The Attorney was instructe to prepare an ordinance
allowing partial payments on sewer ssessments within the next
thirty clays for adoption at the nex, regular meeting.
The letter from Mayor Hodes regarding the assessment
roll was read. (attached to afficmal minutes.)
Mr. Zane Mann, Fiscal Agent is requested to attend the
meeting to be held October 11, 19(,5.

AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING -
Lloyd J. Blanchard being first duly sworn, on oath DEPOSES
AND SAYS That he is and was on September 14, 1965, the duly
qualified and acting Village Clerk of the Village of Mounds View,
Minnesota, that on said date he nailed a copy of the attached
notice of assessment hearing on Sanitary Sewer Improvements of the
Village to the owner of each parcel proposed to be assessed for
said improvement by depositing it in the United States Mails with
postage fully prepaid thereon; that the names and addresses of such
owners were those appearing as such on the records of the County
Treasurer of Ramsey County as of the date 30 days prior to adoption
of the resolution providing for said hearing, except that the names
and addresses of owners of parcels not appearing on such records were
determined by reference to maps, plats and other documents on file
in the Village Hall of said Village, and, to the extent found to be
