Mr. Meyers, Attorney, also read the following resolution: RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT'S, ?WHEREAS, following thgg recess of the meeting held on September 28, 1965, the Council as a whole has viewed all of the properties where objections were raised verbally or in writing. All objections were reviewed by the Village staff and Council members, mathematical corrections were made, on other objections relative to the area formula and front foot computations were considered. The amendments resulting from such considerations have now been recorded on the assessment roll which is identified as Mounds View Hearing List, Sanitary Sewer # 47, September 20, 1965, Copy # 3. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESO )VED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: (1) The special assessments as amended for Sanitary Sewer Improvements are hereby adopted, a -cl it is hereby found and determined that each lot, piece and parcel of property so assessed is benefited in the amounts of the respective assessments levied against it. (2) Said assessments may be paid in cash, without interest, if paid within thirty (30) days from the date hereof, or may be paid in thirty (30) equal, annual instalments in the same time and manner as the payment of real estate taxes with interest at the rate of six per cent (6%_ per annum fro. n the date hereof to December 31 of the year in which the first payment; is payable to be added to each subsequent installment; PROVIDED, FIO EVER, That any property owner may pay the entire unpaid balance )f the assessment against his property at any time with interest to December 31, of the year in which said payment is made. (3) The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of the assessments and a -y of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County to be e,tended on the proper tax lists of the County for collection with other real estate taxes in and for the Village. The motion for the ador cion of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Blanch d ; and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in tavor thereof: Malvin, Blanchard, Rustad, La Vague (Mayor Hodges not present at the reconvened meeting held on October 4, 1965.) and the following members voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was dhclared passed and adopted. Mr. Malvin introduced the above Resoltuion # 214 and moved its adoption.
