VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to dUe call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by
Acting Mayor Rustad at 7:00 P.M. on October 18. 1965 at 2401
Highway #10.

Eldon Comstock
Motion by La Vaque to accept bid of C.S. McCrossan for
debris removal from Judicial Ditch, and to authorize Acting Mayor
and Clerk to execute. (Bid attached to official minutes. Removal
under disaster procedure.) Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes.
Motion by I3lanchard'to pay bills submitted:
G -3891 Gene Wagner Construction Co. $8,727.33
G. -3893 United States Post Master $ 100.00
The above checks are from sewer fund. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to allow Comstock and Davis to do
survey for R. C. Shandorf, 2185 County Road H 2.
Seconded by La Vaque. 4 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to accept preliminary report for
watermain extension on South side of Highway #10, East of Groveland.
Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to set public hearing for watermain
extension 8001 east of Groveland on Highway #10 for November 1,1965
at 9:00 P.M. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by La Vaque.
4 ayes.
Meeting adjourned at 7 :35 P.M.
