VILLAGE 'F MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor
Donald Hodges at 7 :00 P.M. on November 1,1965 at 2401 Highway #10.
Present Were:
Mayor: Donald Hodges
Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee: Charles La Vaque
Perry Malvin
I. C. Rustad
Also Present:
Engineer: Sheldon Boehm
Public Works: Walter Skiba
Deputy Clerk: Joanne La Casse
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 219 Forrecting
certain assessments on Sanitary Sewer improvement.:..
Seconded by La Vaque. 5 ayes.
Division #
The Village Engineer was directed to obtain informal bids
for underground electrical cable work on Sewer Utility Building for
presentation to council.
The Engineer was directed to prepare a change order on
Lametti and Northern Contracting projects on Groveland Road relative
to installation of certain sewer lines, for presentation at next
regular meeting.
Motion by Rustad to set a public hearing for the rezoning
of that property at 2130 Highway #10 from Bi and R 2 to B 3, for the
purpose of erecting a service station. (Petitioneer is G.Herda.)
Hearing to be at 9:30 P.M. on the 22nd of November, 1965.
Seconded by Hodges. 4 ayes.
Malvin naye.
Motion by Rustad to adjourn. Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
