The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council
was called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on Novem-
ber 8, 1965 at 2401 Highway 10.

Motion by LaVaque to approve minutes of October 25,
1965 as presented. Seconded by Malvin 3 ayes
Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of October 27,
1965 as present -d. Seconded by Malvin 3 ayes
Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of November 1,
1965 as presented. Seconded by LaVaque 3 ayes
Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of November 4,
1965 as presented. Seconded by Malvin 3 ayes
Mr. Rustad, N.S.S.S.D. Representative reported that
sewer would be available shortly after January 1, 1966. Mr.
Rustad read the Police Department Report for October. Mr.
Rustad read the B & E Patrol Report for October.
Mr. LaVaque reported that the sewer construction is
on schedule. We have now received the permit to cross the St.
Paul Water Works Mains. Well #1 and #2 are working properly.
Mr. LaVaque submitted a lot split request for Marc
Adams, 8004 Red Oak Drive (Spring Lake Park Hillview Lot 125).
This was referred to the next meeting because of lack of inform-
ation.
Motion by LaVaque to direct Engineer to set up spec-
ifications for bids on sewer maintenance equipment. Seconded
by Malvin. 3 ayes
Chris Piehowski, Building Inspector, presented plans
for the Sunrise Methodist Church.
