Mr. Skiba reported that 74 temporary sewer permits
have been issued and 18 homes have the lines run in.
The Engineer submitted two change orders.
Motion by Malvin to order change order number 1 for
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project 1965 - 3 Schedule A. (La-
metti and Sons). Seconded by Rustad4 3 ayes
Motion by LaVaque to order change order number 2
for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project 1964 - 2 Lift Stations
(Northern Contracting). Seconded by Rustad 3 ayes
The drainage problem on Hillview and Quincy was dis-
cussed. The Engineer reported that MSA Funds were not available
at this time. The work is to be sub - contracted to C. S.
McCrossan who has agreed to unit prices as allowed by the State.
Motion by LaVaque to concur with Engineers recommen-
dations and order Change Order Number 5, Schedule A for Sanitary
Sewer Interceptor and Surface 'dater Drainage Improvement Pro-
ject 1964 - 1, Seconded by Rustad. 3 ayes
The Engineer reported that three power poles are in
the roadway to the Maintenance Building. Northern'States;Power
will move the poles at no expense. Joslyn Electric submitted
an estimate of $50.00 to reconnect to Well House #2 after pole
relocations. The Engineer was directed to contact Joslyn to
reconnect the electricity to Well House #2.
Motion by Rustad to pay bills submitted in the amount
of $207,619.02 plus $118.05 from Disaster Fund. Seconded by
Malvin. (list attached). 3 ayes
Motion by Rustad to approve licenses submitted.
Seconded by LaVaque. (list attached). 3 ayes
A letter from the Agricultural Extension Service
requesting the use of the Village Hall from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
on November 10 and November 12 was read.
Motion by LaVaque to allow the use of the hall and
waive rental fee if left in order. Seconded by Rustad.

A request from Mrs. Warren Nagel - DFL Chairwoman
to use the Village Hall from 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. November
15 was denied.
Motion by Rustad to terminate Gayle Alick's employment
effective November 15 and hire Betty Ehrhardt, 5126 Greenwood
Drive, at $1.50 per hour effective November 15, 1965.
