VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special
meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order
by Mayor Hodges at 7 :00 p.m, November 15, 1965 at 2401 Highway
10.
Present Were:
Mayor Donald C. Hodges
Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard
Trustee Charles LaVaque
Trustee Ingram Rustad
Absent:
Trustee
Perry Malvin
The water improvement project 1965 -4 was discussed
and the following action taken:
Motion by Hodges to order water improvement project
1965 -4+. Seconded by LaVaque 4 ayes
Motion by Rustad to award contract for water im-
provement 1965 -4 to low bidder, Sandstrom and Hafner, Inc.,
in the amount of $11,000.00 and to authorize the Clerk and
Mayor to execute. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes

Motion by Rustad to approve the contract with Nor-
thern States Power regarding electric service for Municipal
Sewage Pumping and authorize payment of `1500.00 for Sewage
Pump #1, three phase electric service and further authorize
the Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by Blanchard.

Motion by LaVaque to enter pumping contract for
Municipal Sewer Pumping electric rates. Seconded by Hodges.
4 ayes
Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by LaVaque.
4 ayes
Meeting adjourned at 7 :25 p.m.
