The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called
to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. January 10, 1966 at 2401 Highway
10.

Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of regular meeting, December
27, 1965. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes
Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of special meeting, December
27, 1965. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes.
Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of special meeting, January
3, 1966. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes.
Mr. Rustad, N.S.S.S.D. Representative, stated the sewer lines
should by ready by January 15, 1966. If the Lift Station is not com»
plete the sewage would be transported by truck.
A resident from La Porte questioned the availability of sewer.
The Engineer reported the lines are over the allowable amount of
infiltration.
Motion by Rustad to make the following appointments for 1966:

Health Office Dr. R, J. Houle
Dog Catcher B. & E. Patrol
Public Works Supt. Walter Skiba
Building Inspector Chris Piehowski
Electrical Inspector Robert Edmond

Water and Sewer Insp. Walter Skiba
