A letter from Mrs. Goff requesting the use of the Village Hall
on February 15, 1966, was read.
Motion by Malvin to grant the request and waive the fee if the
Hall is cleaned after use. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes.
The Engineer read a letter regarding the final Estimate to
Sandstrom and Hefner for Water Project 1965 -4.
Motion by Blanchard to pay final estimate retaining $200.00 for
seeding. Maintenance Bond Agreement begins upon completion of seeding
and final payment. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes.
