also that part of the southeast quarter of southeast quarter of
Section 8, T. 30 N., R. 23 W., lying southwesterly of the right -of -way
of Trunk Highway 10 as now laid out and established contained within
a strip of land 66 feet wide whose centerline is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 8, distant
897.5 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, thence run north-
westerly at an angle of 54 degree 53' with said south section line
for 411.70 fee," to the actual point of beginning, thence run s'uth-
westerly at, right angls to last described course- 145 feet. to the
southwesterly right -of -way line of Trunk Highway 10, thence continuing
southwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 717.08 feet
and delta angle of 11 degree 09'03" 130 feet more or less and there
terminating, which lies northwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section 8, distant
897.5 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, thence run north-
westerly at an angle of 54 degree 53' with said south section line
432.70 feet to the actual beginning of the line herein to be des-
cribed, thencerun southwesterly at right angles to last described
course 275 feet more or less to its intersection with the northwes-
terly line of the 66 -foot wide strip of land hereinbefore described.

The Attorney presented a proposed ordinance regarding changes
to the zoning ordinance. This was referred to the Agenda meeting.
Motion by Rustad to abate taxes on the following property and
authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute same.

odist Church to use the hall on March 17 at 7 :30 p.m. for their
annual meeting. Rental fee to be waived if hall is left in satis-

the books from end of previous examiners audit to January 1, 1966.
