Motion bY Rustad to allow Comstock and Davis to survey the
lot at 2728 Woodcrest. Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes.
The Attorney presented a resolution regarding sewer usage
charges.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 227. iSeconded by
Johnson. .- 5 ayes.
The Engineer was instructed to prepare an apportionment of
assessments for resolution and action covering the land requested
by the County for re-routeing of Rice Creek.
A proposed agreement with N.S.S.S.D. for the use of Mounds
View sewer lines and lift station was presented and read by the
Attorney. Mr. Rustad took the proposal to N.S.S.S.D. for their
approval.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills presented in the amount of
$63,315.08. Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. (list
attached). Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes.
Motion by Blanchard to enter agreement with Ehlers, Mann
and Associates, Inc. and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute.
Seconded by Johnson. Blanchard, Rustad, Johnson - 3 ayes.
Malvin, Lang - 2 no
Motion carried.
Motion by Malvin to adjourn. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes.
