The Police report for February was read and filed. Mr. Malvin requested the Attorney to prepare an amendment to the liquor ordinance regarding the clearing of premises after closing Hours. Motion by Malvin to concur with the Building Inspector and re -issue permit # B -98 for Herbst Construction. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes. Mr. Boehm, Village Engineer, read P report on the bids sub- mitted for cleaning and painting of the filter tanks. (On file) Motion by Blanchard to concur with the Engineers recommend- ation and award the contract to Master mtracting Company in the amount of $2,677.00. Seconded by Johnson 4 ayes. Sewer Installation on Pleasant View Drive between County Road H -2 and I was discussed. Motion by Malvin to direct the Atorney to prepare a letter of agreement with the City of Fridley for : ower ins' ' lation on Pleasant View Drive. Seconded by Lang. 4 ayes. County Maintenance Department will discuss County Partici- pation in drainage costs at the Board meeting on Monday. Motion by Malvin to allow Comstock and Davis to do survey work for Phillips Petroleum at County Rood H and Highway 10. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes. The Attorney informed the Council that under the Village Resolution # 227 there are no provisions :or financing the N.S.S.S.D. connection charge. The Village fee can be financed on the quarterly billing. Mr. Meyers informed the Council that the Lametti case is in Court now. The Attorney advised the Council to continue holding the two checks due Lametti and Sons. Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. Seconded by Malvin. (List attached) 4 ayes. Motion by Blanchard that upon cnmpl.otion of Mr. Herbst's building a liquor license will be issued in the event said license is available at the time. At the present time there are five licenses available. Seconded by Johnson, 4 ayes.
