VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :00 p.m. on April 11, 1966 at
the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10.

Motion by Rustad to approve the minute; of the regular
meeting held March 28, 1966. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes.
Mr. Rustad reported that a federal gra l: for one and a
half million dollars had been applied for by N. ; S.S.D.
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution# 232 egarding
Highway markings on ]Highway 35W. Seconded by M �vin., 5 ayes.
Mr. Ben Dahl asked permission to install one sewer service
line for both buildings at 1925 Highway 10.
Motion by Rustad to grant the request rith the provision
that no other business is connected to the single line. Time
allowed for this type of connection is 12 montl . Seconded by Lang.
5 ayes.
Mr. Roger Sandine, 1790 Woodale Drive, questioned why
the survey crew was on his property. Mi..; was referred to the
Engineer.
Residents from -che Lois and Knoll are questioned the
possibility of improving the Judicial Ditch noilh of Hillview
Road. Mr. Meyers explained that this was const'ucted in 1931
to drain Anoka County and to do any work on the ditch requires
a Court ')rder.
Mr. Rustad read a letter from Premier Realty requesting
to park a Mobile Home on the Johnson Farm property for temporary
use as an office.
