Motion by Lang to accept plans and specs for MSA Street Project 1966 -5. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes. Motion by Jonson to set bid opening date for project 1966 -5 for June 6, 1966 at 12 :45 p.m. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. Motion by Blanchard to allow Comstock and Davis to do survey work for Arnold Waslien, Seconded by Rustad, 4 ayes. The contractor for the C 1 area (Sandstrom and Hefner) has agreed to the stipulations by the County Engineer to finish the sewer line on Silver Lake Road by June 1, 1966. Mr. Meyers was directed to write a letter to Mr. Greene, of Greene Excavating denying claim for $2,002.00 for work per- formed on a sewer main. The Attorney was directed to prepare an assessment hearing covering an assessment paid by Twin City Fede: -11 Savings and Loan by mistake. Mr. Robert Ehlers, Fiscal Agent, read a letter to the Council regarding the Bond sale. Motion by Blanchard to call for sale of Bonds in the amount of $2,640,000.00 on June 20, 1966 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mounds View Village Hall. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. Attorney was directed to begin preparation for assessments hearings for 1966 projects. A letter from Mrs. Silvers, United Fund Chairman, was given approval to hold a United Fund Drive in Mounds View. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 236 correcting assessments for MA # 47. Seconded by Lang. 4 ayes. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 237 for appor- tionment of assessments. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes. The Council has no objection to the Fe3eral Aviation decision regarding construction of a tower located on Highway 10 east of Groveland. Motion by Blanchard to allow variance for Kenneth Gockowski at 1771 County Road H -2. Request is to build a garage 28' x 32'. Seconded by Lang. 4 ayes.
