The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :00 p.m. on May 23, 1966 at
2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Motion by Johnson to approve the minLtes of the regular
meeting held May 9, 1966. Seconded by Rustad. 3 ayes
Malvin abstained.
A letter to Ramsey County regarding tre open pit left by
Chies Contractors was read and filed.
Mr. Rustad reported on the meeting wi-h the Ramsey County
Library Board. Ramsey County Library will perhaps furnish a
small library branch in Mounds View if Mounds View will furnish
the building.
Motion by Rustad to direct the Engineer to prepare assess-
ment roles for Public Improvement Project 1965 -3 and 1965 -4.
Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes.

Motion by Rustad to direct Comstock aid Davis to prepare
change order for Dunkley Resurfacing for work on County Roads.
The amount is $1,760.00. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes.
The Engineer was instructed to see abut the possibility
of training the maintenance men on the op ration of the lift
stations.
The Attorney presented an apportionment for sewer and water
assessments for the Fankhanel and Ellswor-:h property near County
Road H and Highway 10.
