Gentlemen;
This letter is a follow up of your request at the meeting of June .6, 1966
with regards to our services and charges. I believe we discussed the extent
that our electrical service can be of value.
The following is our schedule of hourly rates and also when overtime hours
come into effect:

Monday through Friday

Saturday and Sunday
$11.00 per hour
8:00 - 4:30 Straight time
4 :30 - Midnight Time and one half
Midnight - 8 :00 Double time
Double time
On all calls the time begins from the hour dispatched until return. Material
direct from the factory or distributor is billed at 15% above our actual
invoice cost. Material from our stock is billed at 15% above low book pricing.
We discussed that evening the availability of a three phase generator. W'e
do not have a unit of our own, but Minnesota Onan, the local distributor of
Onan Company, has available a 30 KW three phase four wire generator.for rent
at the following fee schedule: Two days - $75.00; weekly - $150.00;
monthly - $450.00. In an emergency we are not always sure that their rental
unit will be available or at this point whether the unit is large enough to
the load of your sites. These are some of the problems that should
be checked into prior to an emergency condition presenting itself.
As I mentioned, I would personally like to familiarize myself with the job
sites and their electrical systems so there is some prior knowledge as to
location and probable needs.
If your office sees fit to call on Gopher Electric for this maintenance
service or any other electrical needs, we will be pleased to be oriented
by your Engineer or department head. If there are any further questions we
may answer, please do not hesitate to call us.
