The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village
Council was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :00
p.m. on June 13, 1966 at 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul,
Minnesota 55112.

Motion by Johnson to approve the minutes of May 23,
1966 as presented. Seconded by Lang. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Rustad to approve the minutes of June 6,
1966 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Mayor Rustad expressed condolences from the Village
Council on the death of Terry Peterson, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Elmer Peterson, 2237 Pinewood Drive. Terry was killed in
action in Viet Nam,
Mr. Malvin read the B & E Patrol Report for May. (on file)
Mr. Malvin read the monthly Police Report for May. (on file)
The Engineer gave a report on the installation of the
alarm system.
Motion by Rustad to instruct the Engineer to order
the alarm system from Consolidated Electric in the amount
of $290.00, installed. Seconded by Johnson. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Johnson to enter into agreement with Gopher
Electric Company (per copy attached) and authorize the
7kblic Works Superintendent to tall when necessary. Se
Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to adopt the rider to the agreement
, ith the St. Paul Water Works Commission in regards to
,._ossing the St. Paul Water Works Line. Seconded by
T1anchard• 5 Ayes.
