Motion by Rustad to accept plans and specs for Street Improvement Project 1966 -6. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 ayes. This is for the area west of Long Lake Road and north of Highway 10. Motion by Rustad to set bid opening date for 1966 -6 Street Project for July 11, 1966 at 12:30 p.m. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes. The results of the election by Maintenance personnel on accepting the Union were all ayes. Copy attached to official minutes. It was repo±ted that the basements in the Lois -and Knoll area have been filled. The basements on Eastwood acid Greenwood are bing capped. The Council received a letter from a resident regarding Allstate Plumbing. This was referred to Justice La Vague. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $184,080,59 which includes final payment to C. S. McCrossan for Sewer Project 1964 -1, Schedule A. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. Motion by Blanchard to deny 3.2 license at carnival spon- sored by the Spring Lake Park Lions Club. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. The second quarter meter reading will be done by the Maintenance Personnel. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution # 239 regarding apportionments. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes. Motion by Blanchard to adopty Resolution # 240 for Water Improvement Project 1960 -3 (this assessment is for one parcel of property previously deleted). Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes.
