The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was
called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on June 27, 1966
at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112.

Motion by Malvin to approve the minutes of June 1.3 as
corrected. (Page #1, Paragraph #9 s/b motion by Johnson)
Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes.
NSSSD Project on County Road H is near completion. Tuesday
they will begin black topping from Long Lake Road west to the
village limits.
Mr. Clyde Kobe, 5071 Brighton Lane, presented a petition
for concrete curb and gutter. The Engineer's estimate was
$3.00 per foot or $225.00 for a 75' lot. Sixty two- and -a -half
percent of the benefited property owners signed the petition.
Concrete curbs and gutters are a long range benefit plan for
the Village.
Motion by Rustad to accept petition and refer to the
Engineer for study and report. Seconded by Johnson
4 ayes.
Motion by Rustad to set Public Hearing for improvement for
concrete curbs and gutters on Brighton Lane. Hearing to be
held at 7 :30 p.m. on July 10, 1966. Seconded by Malvin.
4 ayes.
A letter from the State Highway Department was read by
the Attorney regarding a street light on County Road H2 and
Highway #10.
