HomeMy WebLinkAboutgr00090_000018_pg077Proceedings of the Village Council Village of Mounds View Ramsey County, Minnesota The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Malvin at 8 :00 p.m. on July 11, 1966, at the Village Hall - 2401 Highway #10. Officials Present: Acting Mayor Perry Malvin Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard Trustee Richard Johnson Absent: Mayor Trustee Ingram Rustad Gary Lang Also Present: Attorney Richard Meyers Engineer Shelly Boehm A special meeting will be held Tuesday, July 12, 1966 to set the date for public hearing for concrete curb and gutter improvement. The Clerk's ')ff ice was directed to write a letter to N.S.S.S.D. requesting them to withold the additional $50.00 fee for sewer hook -up on Fairchild Avenue. This area is not completed and connections are not allowed. Mr. Boehm reported that there will be a delay in street resurfacing on Lois and Knoll. This area will be re- surveyed to correct the road by placing it on the center of the right of way. It was reported that Judicial Ditch #1 was damned up. This is a breeding place for bugs. This was referred to the Engineer and Mr. Skiba. A petition was received to delete Groveland Road - South of Highway #10 - from the State Aid Program. This was referred to the Engineer for report. The Water Report for June was read and filed. The B & E Patrol Report for June was read and filed. The Police Patrol Report for June was read and filed. The Police Department reported that the property at 2525 County Road I is being cleaned up. The Engineer reported on the bids that were opened at 12:30 this date.
