WHEREAS, pursu.ntto Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted the sp cial assessments
for the construction of 44 /

AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
ist, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
nicunt stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
