WHEREAS, pursu -nt,to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted !� , the sp, cial assessments

were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
'list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYFHE VILLAGE COUNCIL
r)f Mounds View, that the assessments for /i'`._L e/
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
