Village of Mounds View

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special
Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to
order -at 7 :00 p.m. on July 25, 1966 at the Village Hall,
2401 Highway #10.
Members Present:

A }public Hearing for concrete curb and gutters in
the Twelve Oaks Area was opened by Mayor Rustad.
The Clerk read the legal notice and attested to the
publishing and mailing of same.
The Mayor called three times for objectors and they
are as follows:

Motion by Malvin to order concrete curb and gutter
for Longview Drive. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Johnson to order concrete curb and gutter
• for Red Oak Drive. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Johnson to order concrete curb and gutter
for Sunnyside Road. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Malvin to order concrete curb and gutter
for Rainbow Lane. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes.
Motion by Johnson to order concrete curb and gutter
for Greenwood Drive. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
