were counted and this is the maximun number allowed until the park
is completed.
The Attorney advised the Council the following concerning
the Mobile Home Park:
In the event that the conditions of Ordinance # 98 have not
been complied with by October 1, 1966 the Council shall do the
following:
1. Notify the State Health Department
2. Building Inspector to inspect park and issue warrants
on each violation.
3. Special use permit worked out.
4. Close Village utilities.
5. Order all units off the premises that are not hooked
up to Village facilities.
The Mayor read a letter inviting the Council to the Eagle
Ceremony for Greg Grotberg of Scout Troop # 167 to be held
September 27, 1966.
Motion by Blanchard to set assessment hearing for project
M.A. # 47 supplemental for October 5, 1966 at 7:00 P.M.
Seconded by Lang. 3 Ayes.
Motion by Rusted to authorize the Attorney to proceed with
condemnation proceedings on the Ole Bacon property located at
the intersection of County Road I and Highway # 10 for drainage
right -of -way. Seconded by Lang. 3 Ayes.
Motion by Rusted to adjourn. Seconded by Lang. 3 Ayes.
