reported that the Ramsey County Engineer's Office intends to lay
the mat this year ;if weather permitsr otherwise this will be done
in the Spring.
The Clerk's Office was directed to contact the owner of the
Mobile Home Park and request his presence at the agenda meeting.
The inspectors are to check the park Saturday and make report at
Mondays meeting. Meyers will attend.
The Village Attorney was directed to have the proposed
amendments to the zoning ordinance for the next regular meeting.
The road restriction ordinance is being prepared by the
Engineer and Attorney. This will be discussed at the regular meeting.
The attorney reported that necessary Condemnation tlearings
begin Tuesday, Sept. 27, 1966.
Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted totaling $

Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted. Seconded
by Malvin. 4 Ayes
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #259 for apportion-
ment of assessments. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes
Motion by Blanchard to pay final estimate to Knutson
Seurer for improvement project 1965 -4 and enter into a one
warranty agreement. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes
Motion by Blanchard to accept res ticn of Daniel Gross
as Custodian and hire Mrs. Jacob Gross at 1.50 per hour.
Seconded by Malvin.
Motion by Johnson to adjourn. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes
